Stayed at a boat! So fun! Bedrooms were cozy and it swayed a bit. Location was amazing, cafes nearby for outdoor activities like playing cards or having dinner !
The outdoor space on the boat could have been more comfortable, but who needs that when there are plenty of cafes nearby?

We had a fantastic stay at Prince Royal B&B. the houseboat exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, space, and amenities. the beds were super comfortable with high-quality cushions and covers. the two separate rooms with double beds and two bathrooms were perfect for our group of two couples. the location, right across from Anne Frank house, was unbeatable and offered great value for money. the host was also great. We loved the unique experience of staying in a houseboat and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.
Almost perfect! 💯 Just a small inconvenience of needing to provide a 300 EUR cash deposit, could have been easier with alternative payment methods like PayPal.

This double room was absolutely amazing! I loved the private terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of Amsterdam. The room also had a cozy balcony, a minibar, and a comfortable seating area. It was perfect for someone like me who values privacy and wants to unwind after a busy day of work.
The only thing I didn't particularly like about the room was the fact that it had two bathrooms with two showers. I mean, who needs two showers?

The boat was surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and comfortable, and we loved the unique experience of staying on a houseboat. The location was perfect, with plenty of beautiful restaurants and cafes nearby. Being able to sit on the deck and enjoy the canal atmosphere was a highlight. Plus, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfast.
The shower was a bit small and the ceilings/door frames were low, but hey, it's a boat! These minor inconveniences didn't take away from our overall experience at all.

The room was fantastic, with a private terrace that offered stunning views of the city. Sitting out there in the evening was absolutely magical. I loved the cozy feel of this double room. It had a balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee and a minibar for late-night snacks. Plus, there was a comfortable seating area to relax in after a long day of exploring. The fact that the room had two bathrooms was a game-changer. No more waiting in line when nature calls! Having two showers in the room was such a luxury. It made getting ready in the morning a breeze and saved me so much time.
Personally, I found the minibar a bit overpriced. But hey, that's just my opinion, and some people might not mind it.

The boat itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terraces and watching the boats and people passing by. The two bedrooms and bathrooms provided ample space for our group. The host was friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. I highly recommend Prince Royal B&B for a fantastic Amsterdam getaway.
